Reporting Injuries
Any injury that is suffered during participation in varsity athletics at St. Joseph’s College should be reported to the athletic training staff immediately. The staff will then assess the condition and make appropriate referrals when necessary. An injury that is not reported in a timely fashion may not be eligible for coverage by the Athletic Department’s secondary insurance.
Any student-athlete that suffers an injury and needs to see a medical doctor will be sent to our team physician and must be cleared by our team physician or certified athletic trainer to return back to the field of play.
